Flying Brewery: Beer Brewed on the Go
What Does It Mean?
A flying brewery is a brewery without its own premises—it brews beer elsewhere, but in its own way. With its own recipe, brewer, and vision. STADIONER is a temporarily flying brewery, meaning we brew our beers in several partner breweries. Thanks to their available capacities, they help us get on our feet and develop our brewery project.
Why Are We Flying?
Our brewery in Kout is undergoing reconstruction. However, we don’t want to keep you waiting, so we’ve started brewing our beer “on the road” at partner breweries. This way, we can continue producing and sharing our beer with you, even while our home base is temporarily out of service.
Close to Our Heart and Region
We brew 30 km from Kout, using Czech hops, honest ingredients, and our own brewer. The quality remains the same; only the location is temporarily different. We collaborate with people like Petr Bednář, who, with his years of experience, treats us as friends rather than competitors and helps us connect with the Czech brewing community.
Tradition with a Modern Twist
Our beer is crafted in the spirit of Stadioner’s legacy, with an emphasis on craftsmanship, responsibility, and local character. We greatly value David Janda’s BeerAcademy, which educates beer enthusiasts and teaches its graduates how to find new friends with a shared passion for quality beer. Thanks to this community collaboration, we can brew beers that not only taste great but also have a story.
Back Home
As soon as the brewery in Kout is ready, we’ll return. But in the meantime: Cheers—with flying beer from the heart of Šumava, brewed with love and dedication, no matter where we are.
