Māorihead 13°: The Story Behind the Beer

A bottom-fermented India Pale Lager. In creating this beer, we drew on the experience of our brewmaster, Petr Bednář, who previously brewed beer in New Zealand. His experience has shaped the beer’s character, combining a traditional lager with a more pronounced hop profile. We hopped Māorihead with carefully selected hop varieties to create an aromatic profile featuring notes of citrus, tropical fruit, grapefruit, pineapple, and subtle hints of white wine.
