Stadioner: New Life in the Kout Brewery

We have decided to bring the old Kout brewery back to life.

The name STADIONER comes from the Stadion dynasty, who once founded this brewery and significantly contributed to its flourishing. We are building on their legacy – preserving what is essential while giving it new energy and direction.

We will gradually reconstruct the entire complex step by step, reviving old spaces and creating a place for everyone. Whether it's our own restaurant, beer brewing, soft drink production, or accommodation.

At the same time, we want to maintain respect for nature – that's why we plan an ecological approach with bottle return options and our own dispensing point right here at the brewery, which you all know and often pass by.
